Our mission is to provide resources, communications and status on current county comprehensive planning in regard to high-density development, and to stand up for the People of Elbert County in protecting our rural quality of life.

Change is a constant and while we are not anti-development, we seek the responsible design of communities and infrastructure, and active participation in what benefits the county’s people, not just the builders. We the People of Elbert County Colorado are invested with our properties and lives in this community and are deeply involved in maintaining its culture and continued rural presence.

Planning Commission Meeting on April 9th and Board of County Commisioners Meeting on April 22nd for Blue Sky Ranch Development

Please write the County Commissioners now. This development at County Road 154 and County Road 29 is up for final approval with 948 housing units.
