The Fight to Save the Land

Leverage Community Input

When one individual voices concern, far too often it is minimized and seen as a complaint...

But when a community adds its voice to significant matters, the input has more leverage, making it more substantial as a whole.

The confluence of multiple high-density developments in less than a 5-10 mile range seems unsustainable when you factor in limited water sources, infrastructure with sparse access roads, electrical grids and schools at capacity, and burdened emergency services. Where is the funding coming from other than tax increases.

Developers see the open landscape as an economic investment to shroud with cement, stacking homes so tight, you can reach out and touch someone.

Where are the responsible developers that design open space, who reflect on the environments where they locate and the communities they impact?

It’s ironic to see builders’ websites with families looking up at the stars or looking across the open fields of rolling hills and wildflowers, as this is the environment being taken away.
